Since 1966, CHIP has made it their mission to provide affordable housing for its members, build a sense of community, and employ thousands of New Yorkers with their small businesses. They provide educational training, legislative advocacy, and information through social campaigns. As the means by which these services are delivered evolve, CHIP realized they needed a more current identity for their market presence. Their new logo projects simplicity with clearly-defined, custom lettering, along with a color palette that is familiar to its community. The subtle use of a door and windows under the “h” emphasizes the importance of home.
